Roofing Service Areas In and Around Del City
We work out of Del City and take roofing jobs across much of the Oklahoma City metro. Wherever your home sits, the person who answers your first call handles the estimate, schedules the crew, tracks the permit and walks the cleanup with you.
Where our crews work
Del City is home base, and Midwest City plus the neighboring stretches of Oklahoma City make up a large share of our schedule. Heading east and north, we take regular jobs in Spencer, Choctaw and Jones, and to the south we reach Moore. Across the northwest side, our trucks go out to Nichols Hills, The Village, Warr Acres and Bethany.
The drive to your home has no effect on how the work is handled. A single contact answers your questions from the first ladder climb to the final magnet sweep for loose nails. That person keeps track of your roof measurements, the shingle or metal you chose, the inspection date and what the crew uncovered beneath the old roofing, so nothing gets lost between people. If you live a little beyond the towns named here, tell us where when you call and we will let you know whether the job fits our schedule.

What shapes roofing work across the metro
Hail and spring wind
Central Oklahoma sees hail and straight-line winds most springs. Hail bruises asphalt shingles by cracking the mat under the granules, which you cannot spot from the ground. Wind lifts tabs and breaks the adhesive seal strip, so a shingle that looks flat can still let water in. Our roof inspections and storm damage repair work check for both, with photos of each spot we find.
Summer heat and winter ice
Long stretches of summer heat bake asphalt and dry out the sealant around vents and pipe boots. Winter ice storms then load your gutters and can push meltwater back under the first course of shingles. That is why we look closely at attic ventilation, drip edge and gutter pitch on every job, not just the shingles.
Housing age and decking
Homes across the metro range from mid-century ranch houses with plank decking and low-slope additions to newer subdivisions built on OSB sheathing. Older roofs sometimes carry two layers of shingles. We tear off down to the deck so soft or rotted boards can be replaced before new underlayment goes on.
Permits and inspections
Cities around the metro generally require a permit for a reroof, and the rules differ from one city to the next. We pull the permit for the city your home is in, schedule any required inspection and tell you the result.
Insurance claims
Plenty of Oklahoma policies set a distinct deductible just for wind and hail, apart from the standard one. We photograph each damaged area and walk you through what it shows, so your talk with the adjuster rests on clear evidence. Your insurer makes the claim decision.
Talk with the person who will run your job
Let us know which town you live in and describe the leak, missing shingles or hail marks that caught your eye. We will set a time to come out, and from there you deal with one person until the last nail is picked up.
