About Roofing Del City: One Person Runs Your Roof Job
When you call us, you get one contact who climbs your roof, writes your estimate, orders materials, schedules the crew and walks the yard with you at cleanup. You never have to repeat your questions to someone new, and nothing you agreed on gets lost between people.
Why We Work With a Single Contact
A roof job passes through a lot of hands. There is the estimate, the material order, the crew, the dumpster, and sometimes an insurance adjuster. Each handoff is a chance for a detail to slip: the drip edge color you picked, the vent you wanted removed, the soft decking you were told would be replaced. We keep one person on your job from start to finish so those details stay with someone who heard them firsthand.
Our crew brings over 20 years of combined roofing experience. We hold an Oklahoma residential roofing license and an Oklahoma commercial roofing license, so the same team can handle the asphalt shingle roof on your home and the low-slope roof over a shop or office building.
We also explain the why, not just the what. A ceiling stain often starts several feet uphill at a cracked pipe boot or lifted step flashing, not directly above the drip. Shingles that lose granules after a spring hailstorm leave the asphalt mat open to UV, which is why they crack and curl years later. When you understand the cause, you can judge whether a repair or a replacement actually makes sense.
How a Job Runs With Us
Photos before recommendations
Your contact photographs what we find on the roof: creased tabs, rusted flashing, nail pops, sagging decking. You see the same evidence we do before we suggest any work.
Written, line-item estimates
Tear-off, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, decking allowance and disposal each get their own line. If something changes once the old shingles are off, your contact shows you the photo and explains it before the crew moves on.
One number for every question
Questions about the schedule, a material delivery or what the insurance adjuster wrote go to the same person. That person already knows your roof, so the answer comes without a recap.
Cleanup checked by the person who sold the job
We tarp landscaping and protect your home's siding during tear-off. At the end, your contact walks the property with a magnetic sweeper for loose nails and checks the gutters for shingle debris before calling the job done.
